In a nutshell…

Our client is a global leader in the maintenance, service & repair to a wide range of engines and components within the Marine Industry. With a global footprint in over a dozen countries from the EU to an International stage they are now looking to expand their team with a New Service Co-ordinator to support their operations on a local and European level.

The ideal applicant will have current service coordinator / controller experience scheduling field engineers for maintenance, service or repair work.

What's involved for the Service Coordinator…

• Assign work to engineers throughout the UK and EU
• Liaise with subcontractors
• Deal with clients on a daily basis
• Multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
• Work closely with inventory teams to ensure parts are available
• Ability to recognise patterns in warranty work
• Liasie with travel agents to book engineer flights, hotels and transport

What you'll need…

• Service Controller / Coordinator background
• Experience scheduling engineers' diaries
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Good computer literacy
• Attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication across all levels
• Ability to work well within a team
