Service Coordinator

Senior Coordinator opportunity available with our client, a specialist contractor within the pumps and wastewater sector, based out of their office in South-East London. The role comes with a basic salary of between £30k and £40k (depending on experience), a company phone, 26 days annual leave (+ public holidays), and an early finish on Friday's.

Senior Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of field engineers
• Provide clear, responsive support to engineers in the field.
• Supervise and support a departmental staff member responsible for the Service customer database and administrative duties.
• Act as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal departments.
• Monitor, review, and interpret engineer job reports and service findings.
• Identify and plan required follow-up work, parts, and customer recommendations.
• Oversee job documentation including risk assessments, job sheets, and commissioning reports.

Senior Coordinator Job Requirements

• Experience working within a coordinator and/or scheduling support role, ideally within the engineering sector
• Knowledge of pumps and the water/wastewater industry highly desirable
• Based within a commutable distance on Erith, Kent
• Confident in the use of a variety of I.T systems including CRM systems and the full Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, etc)

Senior Coordinator Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £30k - £40k, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Early finishes on Fridays
