What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee coordinators, ensuring seamless operations.
• Train new staff members to foster a knowledgeable team.
• Liaise with various departments to swiftly resolve issues.
• Attend client meetings and prepare regular performance reports.
• Run statistics to monitor team performance and celebrate successes!
• Conduct catch-ups and provide constructive feedback to individuals.
• Handle escalations both internally and externally with professionalism.
• organise workloads to ensure timely task completion.
• Collaborate with the service manager to enhance efficiency and margins.
• Perform quality control spot checks and guide team members accordingly.
• Update processes and training materials to keep our practises sharp.
• Assist with recruitment, including CV reviews and interviews.
• Participate in high-level meetings, contributing to strategic discussions.
