Are you a Service Coordinator, with an eye for detail and relevant experience and knowledge in CNC Machinery and Manufacturing?

In this role you will be liaising and providing support to customers, keeping company records and CRM up to date, reporting to the Service Manager and applying new work practises.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of the industry and CNC, can ensure customer satisfaction through correct working practises and has great attention to detail.

The Role

• Handling and engaging customers and suppliers
• Providing assistance to Engineers
• Enquiring for and sourcing relevant parts

The person

• Knowledge of CNC and Manufacturing industry
• Happy to engage and deal with customers
• Organised and scheduled
