Service Coordinator

Title: Regional Service Coordinator

Location: Edgware
Salary: Upto £30,000
Hours: Full-time |Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (occasional weekend required)

Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Regional Service Coordinator to support field service teams across the region.

About the Role:

As a Regional Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for scheduling and supporting service engineers, handling customer service requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service and maintenance visits for engineers across the region
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service queries
• Ensure all work is completed to agreed service levels and deadlines
• Track job progress and keep customers updated throughout the service lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM and service management systems
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
• Support reporting and data tracking for regional service performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or similar administrative role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (e.g., CRM/ERP platforms)
• A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
• Industry experience (technical, engineering, facilities, or field services) is a bonus
