Service Coordinator

Role: Service Coordinator
Location: York
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000

We’re recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a well-established team in our York service. You’ll be working alongside another experienced coordinator to ensure each shift runs smoothly, safely, and in line with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on:

• Coaching and mentoring support staff
• Ensuring PBS standards are followed (if not already PBS level 2 trained, my client will support with this qualification)
• Rota planning and shift coordination
• Managing medication, observations, 1:1s, and supervisions
• Supporting problem-solving and day-to-day operational leadership

You’ll work a rolling 2-week rota alongside the other coordinator, with flexibility to plan your working pattern across the weeks, covering either 08:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00 shifts between you.
