Salary: £27,500 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

As a Service Coordinator/Scheduler with our client, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of field engineer activities in the security industry. Your mission? To maximise engineer utilisation while delivering top-notch customer service!

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Preventative Maintenance visits and Reactive Calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Liaise with customers and engineers to boost productivity and service quality.
• Ensure efficient booking of visits in line with company procedures.
• Manage key accounts to provide seamless service.
• Oversee subcontractor scheduling, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Essential Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle customer-related issues.
• Proficiency in understanding KPI metrics-numeracy is key!
• A positive team player who prioritises workloads effectively.
• IT literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Calm, resilient, and adaptable in a bustling service environment.
