This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Service Co-ordinator to join a successful local Company who really invests in its employees and provide excellent training and development opportunities.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls from customers reporting equipment failure

- Establishing nature of customers requirement and logging details of calls managed on computer system

- Coordinating and arranging customer requests for reactive and pre planned maintenance requirements

- Producing job sheets and allocating work to be completed to nominated contractors

- Acting as main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of works

- Costing work that has been completed, raising customer invoices and recording payments received
