Are you an organised and proactive Service Coordinator with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We're looking for a Service Coordinator to join our busy operations team in Cross Hands, Llanelli, playing a vital role in ensuring our engineers and customers receive first-class support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and planning skills who enjoys coordinating people, managing schedules and delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating engineers, planning service visits and commissioning work, supporting customers, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Service Department.

You'll act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers and internal departments, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule service and commissioning visits.

* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests.

* Manage engineers' diaries and allocate workloads effectively.

* Arrange hotels, travel and parking for engineers attending site.

* Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

* Produce and maintain accurate job packs for engineers.

* Keep customers updated throughout the service process.

* Follow up with customers after work has been completed to ensure satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate service records and update internal databases.

* Produce service performance reports and operational data.

* Liaise closely with engineers and management to ensure work is completed on time.

* Assist in prioritising workloads to meet customer deadlines.

* Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.

* Monitor service stock levels and arrange ordering of materials when required.

* Ensure company vehicles are inspected and records are maintained.

* Support compliance with company procedures, health & safety requirements and industry standards.

* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced within a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Operations Coordinator or Scheduling role.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

Comfortable working with engineers, customers and management teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.

Experienced using service management or scheduling systems (desirable).

Able to solve problems quickly and work independently.

Professional, proactive and customer focused.

Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, facilities management or technical service environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
