Job Description - Service Coordinator

Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of client requests.

Your responsibilities will include receiving and logging calls from clients, accurately interpreting contractual and operational requirements, and ensuring that our Helpdesk function consistently surpasses client expectations.

By meticulously managing the process of incoming requests and effectively coordinating with internal teams, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Your attention to detail and dedication to meeting client needs will be instrumental in upholding our reputation as a trusted partner in facility services.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the process and logging of client calls regarding sites and the accurate translation of these calls into engineering or FM solutions
Identification of the most appropriate solution to the client request within the contractual process
Build relationships with client and account delivery team
Management and updating of associated software and programs (e.g. Maximo)
General administration duties
Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to the client
Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Educated to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above OR an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role
Call handling experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent communication skills
Evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals
