Are you a Service Coordinator with experience in power supplies or similar, or an Engineer wanting to get off the tools, looking for a role at a well-established and world-renowned company, currently leading the production market of Generators, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Lighting Towers, and Material Handling Equipment?

In this role you will be responsible for providing first-line technical assistance to engineers, customers, and internal departments, as well as working with the manufacturing factory on reporting machine/ product defects and scheduling maintenance jobs, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing product issues.

This role would suit a Service Coordinator with experience with power supplies/ generators or similar, or an Engineer looking to get off the tools, looking to become a staple-part of a highly reputable team, with the added benefit of scalable career progression, in-house training and a great holiday structure.

The Role

• Aiding engineers, customers, and internal departments
• Reporting and logging machine/ product defects
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing product issues
