Job Description - Service Delivery Coordinator

I'm working with a well-established, award-winning client based in Bury, Manchester, who is looking to hire a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly reputable business known for its exceptional customer service and commitment to innovation.

The company operates in a B2B environment and prides itself on a people-first culture, where collaboration, support, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything they do. This role would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing client relationships in a service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts
  • Handle and resolve a wide range of service and account-related queries
  • Manage account transitions (e.g. change of details) within agreed timeframes
  • Coordinate internal resources to support the rollout of operational projects and ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor and report on service data accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the successful launch of new products/services with clear communication across teams and with clients
  • Provide insight on competitor activity to help drive service enhancements
  • Deliver post-sales support and assist with customer care matters
  • Produce regular and ad hoc client reports
  • Attend client meetings off-site when required
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach
  • Good numerical skills and confidence handling data
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in a service delivery, customer experience, or account management role
  • Background in a B2B or regulated environment is advantageous but not essential
