Specialist/Trainer to design, deliver, develop and customise professional learning courses (or portfolio topics) within the Government Sector, whilst building positive relationships and sharing expertise internally and externally.

About the Position:
You will lead and manage a large diverse team, often managing virtually. You will be viewed as a role model in terms of operational control, forging cross-functional relationships and progressing the personal and professional development of your team.

About You:

• Experience of achieving results in a customer centric, fast-paced learning environment
• Comfortable in managing a geographically spread team
• Proven history of leading, managing and motivating people to support business mission.
• knowledge of performance and career development
• Have identified and initiated business process improvements

You may have noticed we've not stated the salary for this position. We're currently working on creating more transparent salary bands across QA, so rest assured, our salaries are competitive and will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
