JOB TITLE: Service Delivery Manager

LOCATION: Rugby

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £65,000 | Bonus | Company car

ABOUT THE SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

• Oversee IT service delivery and ensure alignment with business needs and SLAs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT.
• Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to maintain stable, proactive services.
• Track and manage operations, projects, and service processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of IT services.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and monitor their performance.
• Provide escalation support and manage task allocation and prioritization.
• Ensure systems support business requirements effectively and securely.
• Represent IT in internal/external meetings and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience managing outsourced IT operations and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience, including creating Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ability to produce reports, trend analyses, and presentations.
