Job Description - Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

PMP or Scrum certified professional with 15+years of Delivery and Project management experience across domains
Responsible for managing delivery and growing a portfolio
Extensive experience in managing Transformation projects
Should have handled T&M and Fixed price engagement models in a multi-vendor delivery model
Expertise in managing client and stakeholder relationships
Proven track record in leading large teams and providing coaching and mentor ship to develop future leaders
Orchestrating delivery led growth by identifying add-on revenue within existing accounts
Conversant with best SAP practices and core consulting experience in any SAP module
Endowed with strong business acumen and domain experience gained by handling business units in manufacturing sector
