Are you an experienced operations, procurement or supply chain professional with competent MS Excel skills, looking for a role where you can make a real impact within a hospital environment?

We're partnering with a leading healthcare managed services provider to recruit a Service Delivery Manager based at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham.

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day procurement service delivery, managing supplier relationships, leading a small on-site team and ensuring critical stock, equipment and consumables are available to support clinical teams and theatre operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of on-site coordinators
Manage supplier performance and service delivery
Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and clinical teams
Analyse data and produce operational reports
Support procurement activities, supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure service KPIs are consistently achievedAbout You

Previous experience within service delivery, operations, procurement or supply chain
Proven people management skills
Strong Excel, reporting and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
