Service Delivery Manager / IT Services Manager – Royal Hillsborough (Hybrid) - £50-60k

Ada Meher is working with one of their key clients in the Belfast area as they look to recruit a Service Delivery Manager or IT Services Manager to lead their Service Desk & Incident Management teams with a particular focus on End User Services. They are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Delivery as well as experience leading an evolving a team of 10+ 1st to 3rd Line Engineers.

The business operates a flexible model, working in the office 3dpw and remotely for the rest of the week. They prefer to focus on getting the job done over watching the clock and are happy to work around commitments such as the school run or other appointments to help employees manage life around work.

The natural succession in this role would be into the Head of IT Services role, to whom the successful candidate would initially report. They are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long-term challenge and who could ultimately step into their shoes in the years to come.

To Be Considered:

* Demonstrable experience leading a team across Service Desk, Incident

Management & End-User Services in a multi-site environment

* Knowledge of appropriate metrics for measuring service levels

* Experience managing a team of 10+ staff

* Expert in ITIL (ideally certified)

* Experience managing Vendor & MSP relationships
