Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
Manage platforms forming part of critical national infrastructure.
Oversee technical delivery management and operational processes.
Key Requirements:
Working knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodology.
Proven experience managing relationships and service levels in enterprise organizations.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Enthusiasm for customer service and technology.
