Here at Anson McCade we are working with a client seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with expertise in supporting and implementing software processes.
Our client offers a cloud-based job management software that significantly boosts efficiency and productivity for businesses, particularly in the construction and facilities management sectors. The software includes features such as real-time job scheduling and tracking, mobile access for field engineers, and secure data storage for compliance and reporting. Their platform enhances customer management by providing clients with up-to-date job progress information.
The Role:
Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions.
Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
Develop and refine operational processes.
Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends.
Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Manage third-party vendor relationships.
The Experience We are Looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience
Customer-facing experience
Detail -oriented, organized, and methodical
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of business processes
Maintains accuracy under pressure
Project management experience
Exceptional people skills: approachable, patient, confident
Proficient in delivering training verbally and in writing
Able to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
