Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist - Telecoms / MSP
Location: Broxbourne - Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're working with a leading UK-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialising in delivering tailored connectivity, voice, and infrastructure solutions to business clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Service Delivery Specialist with experience in coordinating network and telecoms projects - particularly involving LAN/WAN installations, migrations, and number porting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on service delivery professional with a strong understanding of network environments and provisioning processes.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Delivery Specialist:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of services including LAN/WAN provisioning, number porting, service migrations, and on-site or remote installations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery lifecycle, ensuring transparent communication and issue resolution
• Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful implementation of network and telecoms solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with SLAs and customer expectations, escalating any delays or issues where necessary
• Maintain accurate service documentation, schedules, and reports throughout the delivery process
• Support continuous improvement efforts across service operations to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency

Requirements as a Service Delivery Specialist:

• Previous experience in a Service Delivery, Provisioning, or Project Coordination role within a telecoms or MSP environment
• Proven background working with LAN/WAN solutions, broadband and leased line installations, VoIP systems, or hosted telephony
• Strong understanding of number porting procedures, connectivity provisioning, and service migrations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities using delivery platforms or ticketing systems

• Experience with SIP, fibre installations, SD-WAN, firewalls, or network switches is preferred
