Service Delivery Team Leader . It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

Main Responsibilities of a Service Delivery Team Lead
Create and implement processes to improve deployment productivity and quality.
Lead the team to optimize delivery and strengthen communication with third parties.
Maximize use of Deployment Management System (Site Tracker) for effective retailer interactions.
Ensure successful build and testing phases of deployment software align with project milestones.
Lead and develop team agents with a growth mindset.
Support cross-functional teams and guide deployment planning.
Prepare progress reports and take ownership of service delivery performance.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience and a track record of successful deployment projects from start to finish
Experience of leading small teams/functions with a multi skilled skill set.
Experience of delivering KPIs/SLAs through their teams
Experience in customer services excellence, with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
Experience in working collaboratively with internal and external team members while bringing the outside in in terms of knowledge and 3rd party specialist.
