35 hours per week on a rota basis

( Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, On call on Saturday and Sundays from 09:00-17:00)
Salary

£30,386 - £33,762 per annum
Your working location will be based at out newly refurbished Head Office in Coalville, Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and willingness to also travel to our other offices and schemes across the East Midlands. Training will take in the office.
The role

This is a key role within the ICT team. As a Service Delivery Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all ICT Incidents, Problems and Service Requests. You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and delivering digital solutions to our colleagues and tenants. Liaising with external digital and web providers to resolve problems whilst complying with all of the Group's ICT Policies and ICT legislations including the Data Protection Act and Computer Mis-use Act.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should have good technical working knowledge and be able to demonstrate experience of maintaining system security: including security updates, access controls, Anti-Virus, MDM, Database Authorisation, File Permissions, Security Groups to safeguard systems, customer information and data integrity. As well as the ability to deliver training and create content to support the continuous learning of our staff using the technology available to our teams.
The candidate should have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team to deliver this service whilst being able to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. Good verbal communication skills and having the ability to clearly provide explanations to technical and non-technical people at all levels is key within this role.

Qualifications
Good literacy and numeracy – GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent is essential.
NVQ Level 2 or BTEC in IT/ Computing or equivalent experience is desirable.
