This company hasbeen operating for more than 50years and works with many leading organisations across the UK and beyond, They employ around 500 staff and have a modern HQ office in Glasgow city centre.

Your new role

Working closely withthe IT Service Desk Manager, you will ensure that effective support is providedacross IT operations and the service desk operates efficiently and gives a high quality service and confidence to the business.

You will haveexperience operating within an ITIL environment and be confident working under key servicemetrics such as time, success rates and customer satisfaction.

You will be the main point ofcontact for any IT and service issues across the organisation. It's essential you have strong communicationskills and liaise with users at all levels.

What you'll need tosucceed

You will haveexperience using service desk platforms as well as working in a ticketing andremote support environment.
