Join a major NHS digital transformation programme.

We're supporting a large NHS organisation through a significant technology transition programme and are looking for experienced Service Desk Engineers to join the team.

This is a fully remote contract offering the opportunity to support frontline healthcare services whilst working on a high-profile digital change initiative.

The Role

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, acting as a key point of contact for users and helping to ensure excellent service delivery during a critical transformation period.

Key responsibilities include:

* Logging and managing incidents and service requests

* Providing 1st line technical support

* Supporting Microsoft 365 users

* Active Directory account administration

* Password resets and user access management

* Supporting Exchange and NHS Mail environments

* Escalating complex incidents to specialist teams

* Delivering excellent customer service

Experience Required

We would love to hear from candidates with:

* Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience

* Microsoft 365 support experience

* Active Directory administration skills

* Strong incident management and troubleshooting abilities

* Excellent customer service skills

* NHS

* CSU or GP IT experience

Package

* £140 per day

* Outside IR35
