An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a company at the forefront of CCTV infrastructure and secure networking, supporting prestigious clients across the UK.

This is an onsite role based near Bradford, with occasional travel to client locations nationwide—so a full UK driving licence is essential.

The Role
In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier IT support, maintaining high system availability, and ensuring a smooth-running service desk. You'll troubleshoot and support both CCTV systems and network infrastructure, handling customer-specific setups. With a focus on both proactive maintenance and responsive issue resolution, you'll collaborate with IT Managers and end users to maintain the efficiency and reliability of mission-critical technology.

What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience supporting CCTV infrastructure—experience with Milestone and BriefCam is a plus

• A solid background in IT support or service desk environments, ideally within an MSP setting

• Good understanding of networking, including firewall configuration, LAN setups, and troubleshooting

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Windows Server

• Eligibility for Security Clearance
