You’re going to be joining a well-renowned business that’s been established for almost 200 years. This means you can expect future job security as well as the opportunity to grow and progress your technical career within financial services.

You’ll be coming into a fast-paced service desk where you’ll face a wide breadth of technical issues so no two days will be the same. You’ll manage all the tickets, troubleshooting and solving issues where you can and working closely with the broader IT teams, escalating more complex issues when necessary. The key thing here is to provide excellent customer service to your colleagues whether it's via phone, email or the ServiceNow portal.

This will be the perfect role for you if you’ve recently graduated/finished an apprenticeship and have some experience within IT Support whether that be a few months or a few years’ experience on a service desk. If you’re familiar with ServiceNow already this is a huge plus but not essential.

You’ll be joining a prestigious financial services firm that invest highly into their IT department and could see progression as soon as 6 months in. You’ll be paid up to £25,000 as a basic salary plus a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, life assurance, additional pension contributions, the opportunity to buy additional holiday and shared parental leave.
