Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 4 Service Desk Analysts.
Oversee daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT issues.
Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to improve service delivery.
Utilize JIRA for incident tracking, problem management, and workflow optimization.
Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality support.
Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance overall user experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL frameworks.
Proficiency with JIRA or similar service management tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
