Job Description - Service Engineer

Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.

experience as a Service Engineer in the mechanical or a related industry.
a valid driver’s license and demonstrate flexibility to travel as required.
strong understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
