Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Company Vehicle + Paid Accommodation + Daily Allowance
Location: Field Based | Nationwide Travel

We are recruiting for a Service Engineer to join a specialist engineering business operating across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving and working independently at customer sites.

The role will involve planned maintenance, equipment testing, inspections and repairs on a range of electromechanical safety systems. Full product training will be provided.

The Role

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Carrying out planned service and maintenance activities at customer sites
· Diagnosing mechanical faults and replacing components where required
· Testing cables and identifying basic electrical faults
· Supporting system testing and commissioning activities
· Completing service reports and compliance documentation
· Working safely at height using access equipment
· Travelling throughout the UK and staying away when required

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced Service Engineer professionals or engineers from a maintenance, mechanical or electromechanical background who can demonstrate:

· Mechanical fault finding and repair experience
· Experience working on industrial or electromechanical equipment
· Basic electrical testing and fault diagnosis skills
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Full UK driving licence
· Willingness to travel nationwide
