EA-RS Group is looking for a Sprinkler Service Engineer to work on Servicing, maintenance and inspections on live commercial properties across London and the South East.

What We're Looking For:
* To Deliver Projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
* To ensure ‘Great’ Customer satisfaction, by exceeding delivery expectations, maintaining close customer contact.
* To own & effectively control all allocated projects.
* To provide clear & detailed project planning, communication, execution and reporting, administratively and on site.
* Proven experience servicing and maintaining Fire Sprinkler systems.
* Good working knowledge of sprinkler systems, valves, pumps, tanks, and associated equipment.
* Understanding of relevant industry standards, including BS EN 12845 and BS 9251.
* Experience carrying out routine inspections, testing, fault finding, and remedial works.
* A commitment to health, safety, and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities include:
* To perform the routine Service and Maintenance of Sprinkler service and maintenance / Protection systems in accordance with all appropriate National / International Standards, Codes of Practice, Guidance Notes and OEM Manuals.
* To provide attendance for the non-routine maintenance visits (‘Call Outs’) and to remedy the associated issues in a timely and professional manner.
* To complete all paperwork accurately and to have this returned to the office in a timely manner.
* To attend site and conduct oneself in attire and a manner expected from a professional Fire Engineering company.
* To ensure all equipment issued to yourself by the company is used and maintained as designed and any items requiring Calibration are returned to the office in a timely manner.
* To ensure all expenses and timesheets are completed correctly and issued in a timely manner and within the timeframes set out by the Finance Department.
