Job Description - Service Executive

Service Executive

Location: Manchester (Office-Based)
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week (4 x 9-hour shifts)

To support our continued success, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated and adaptable Service Executives to help drive our exciting growth plans.

Role Overview:

As a Service Executive, you will:


  • Handle customer and partner communications, assisting with online application journeys.
    * Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    * Resolve customer queries across multiple communication channels, ensuring high satisfaction.
    * Maintain accurate agreement records within our bespoke administration system.
    * Follow company processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    * Deliver outstanding service to both external customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience - Ideally in finance, technology, or business solutions.
    * Strong Communication Skills - The ability to influence and support customers effectively.
    * Problem-Solving Mindset - A proactive, innovative approach to service excellence.
    * Attention to Detail - Ability to prioritise tasks without compromising quality.
    * Team Player Mentality - A collaborative and supportive attitude.
    * Ambition to Grow - A desire to develop within a dynamic and evolving company.

Key Details:

Shifts: 4 x 9-hour shifts between:
* Monday - Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM
* Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM
