We're currently recruiting for an Aftersales Executive to join a well-established premium automotive dealership in Macclesfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a busy aftersales team, build strong customer relationships and develop their career within a premium automotive environment.

The Opportunity

As an Aftersales Executive, you'll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle ownership and aftersales journey.

You'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a professional, friendly and seamless experience, while working closely with the wider dealership and workshop teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer enquiries and service bookings
Maintaining strong relationships with customers
Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
Liaising with the workshop and wider dealership team
Managing customer expectations and resolving queries effectively
Identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and aftersales revenue
Ensuring customer information and records are maintained accurately
Supporting the wider team in delivering excellent customer service

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service environment, with automotive experience highly desirable.

Customer Experience AdvisorMost importantly, you'll be confident dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
