Service Management Business Analyst

Rate - up to £525 overall assignment rate to umbrella.

Location - Bristol or York 2/3 days per week hybrid working

Duration - Initial 6-month contract.

Sanderson have partnered with a leading financial services organisation who are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in service management to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

This person will be responsible for service risk, control, supply and governance.

Project

This will be working on a large-scale integration project which is set to run for more than 2 years.

Skills

• Experience with all aspects of service management.
• Experience within the financial services industry is a MUST.
• An understanding of Operational Resilience and Disaster Recovery.
• Understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow would be beneficial.
