Role: Service Manager
Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance service delivery through innovative strategies
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders
Support and train team members
Deliver performance reports
Manage and process bookings
Ensure a positive customer experience

Person Specification:

Proven experience in an operational leadership role
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Strong leadership abilities
Capable of meeting operational targets
