Site based. Commutable from Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Weymouth, Yeovil, Poole and surrounding areas.

The leading business are a major agricultural dealership with 8 depots across the UK, and due to the retirement of a long-standing employee, they are looking for a new, motivated individual to head up the service team and continue their on-going success.

Within this varied role, you will be tasked with overseeing the 10 service technicians to ensure customers' machinery is kept operating smoothly and efficiently whilst also taking on commercial responsibilities to maximise revenue and profit. With the excellent on-boarding available, any candidates with a background in Agriculture, Plant or Automotive are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Manage and grow the busy service department
• Meet commercial KPIs and targets

• Site based at flagship Dorchester branch
• Monday to Friday (rota based Saturday work)

• Leadership experience
• Lives commutable to Dorchester
