• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

• Deliver performance reports that accurately reflect the operational health and progress of the team.
• Manage and process bookings efficiently, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly.

• Proven experience in an operational leadership role, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, with strong capabilities in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of developing and leading a high-performing team.
• Capable of meeting operational targets and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
