Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong track record in clinical care, leadership, and regulatory compliance? We're working on behalf of a well-respected neurological rehabilitation provider to find a driven and strategic Service Manager for their specialist care facility in Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Service Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in a high-performing brain injury service that focuses on rehabilitation, complex disability, and high-dependency care.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Manager:Take full responsibility for service operations and ensure outstanding quality standards.
Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and clinicians.
Oversee regulatory compliance, governance, CQC registration, and operational audits.
Manage staffing, budgeting, recruitment, and training across the service.
Promote person-centred, evidence-based care aligned with best practice.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
At least 5 years’ experience managing registered care services
Solid understanding of CQC standards and governance frameworks
Proven leadership and communication skills across clinical teams
A valid UK driving licence is required
