Hiring: Service Manager – Neurorehabilitation
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to lead a specialist neurorehabilitation service supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries. In this role, you will:

Lead the day-to-day operation of a specialist neurorehabilitation service
Hold and maintain CQC Registered Manager status for the service
Inspire, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, legislation, and organisational policies
Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning
Manage service budgets and operational performance
Drive continuous quality improvement and positive outcomes for service users
