Antac is a national organisation offering a range of services including building and maintenance, mechanical, electrical and HVAC services, commercial office cleaning, window cleaning and rope access services. We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality services to our clients in Bristol. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the operational team in day-to-day activities including scheduling, ordering and prioritising workloads
* Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed on time and in line with contractual obligations
* Produce accurate monthly reports to demonstrate contract compliance
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure health and safety standards are met
* Support the Area Manager with staff training, development and performance management
* Collate staff timesheets and submit for monthly payroll processing
* Manage minor staff issues and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
What are we looking for?
* Strong technical skills in hard FM environment
* Experience managing a team of engineers
* Proven experience working to budgets
* Ability to Pass Security Vetting
Desirable criteria:
* Previous M&E experience
* Relevant technical qualifications
* IOSH certificate
* SMSTS qualification
