  • Supporting customers to access employment, education and training opportunities.

  • Embedding trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches across the service.

  • Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.

  • Participating in an on-call rota to support operational resilience when required.

About you

They're looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with genuine compassion and a commitment to delivering excellent services.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a management or team leadership role within Supported Living, Supported Housing, Social Care, Homelessness, Mental Health, Learning Disability or Young People's Services.

  • A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) within housing, support, health or social care.

  • Strong knowledge of person-centred support, safeguarding, risk management and supported housing services.

  • Experience leading and motivating teams in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • An understanding of housing and tenancy-related legislation.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • A passion for improving lives and delivering inclusive services that celebrate diversity and individuality.

Why join the Organisation?

In return, you'll benefit from:

  • A meaningful role where you can make a real difference every day.

  • Ongoing learning, development and career progression opportunities.

  • A collaborative and supportive leadership team.

  • The chance to influence service development and innovation.

  • A workplace that values wellbeing, inclusion and personal growth.
