Motor Trade Service Manager / Aftersales Manager required in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Up to £50,000 + bonus with OTE in the region of £65,000 - salary dependent upon experience
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join our Client's busy car dealership in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be at the top of their game, successful in motivating a team to deliver the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Dealer Principal / Head of Business to build and maintain a strong relationship with the brand;
Lead and coach the Service Department Team to achieve targets and deliver results;
Manage the diary bookings to maximise efficiency;
Work with the team to maximise profitability through the sales of additional work and services;
Handle customer complaints where required, working towards a fair resolution for all parties to maintain customer retention;
Creating and nurturing a positive team culture.
Requirements:
Motor industry experience in a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager role;
Track record of developing high performing teams and delivering results;
A solid understanding of current Motor Industry practices;
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to coach, lead and influence a team to perform and exceed targets;
A full driving licence.
