Office Based with Occasional Travel: Commutable from Huntington, Cambridge, Peterborough, Northampton and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Service Manager from any Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Automation background or similar looking to lead and build a division, with real autonomy and responsibility, managing a close-knit team of technical experts with full training into PLCs and great career progression on top?

On offer is a senior position where you'll take ownership of a small service team with the backing of an established business, who will provide you with full industry training, running the department and making decisions that directly impact performance and customer relationships.

This company have been established for over 2 decades with a strong track record of retaining staff, where contribution is recognised and progression is actively supported. Long-term, this role offers a clear route to deeper technical expertise, further qualifications, and potential progression to Directorship as the division grows beneath you.

On offer is full training into a new industry, where you will be responsible for managing service contracts, breakdown support, engineer scheduling, RAMS, stock/tools, and customer/site support, with travel to customer sites as required.

This role suits a success-driven candidate who wants leadership responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape and improve a service department - rather than a purely hands-on service role with limited ownership.

The Role:
*Lead a small service team: scheduling service contracts, breakdowns, and engineer workload
Office based with travel to customer sites to support engineers and customers
*Full Training into PLC's and Automation software's

The Person:
*Looking to technically develop themselves through PLC and Automation training
*Service Manager from any Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, Automation background or similar
*Full UK driving licence
