The Role

As Service Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a team of support staff within a busy residential setting

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards

Oversee quality assurance, contractual compliance, and service development

Be a visible ambassador for excellence in care and operational leadership

Manage electronic care management and rota systems

What We’re Looking For

? Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)? Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills? Proven experience in managing registered services and delivering compliance with regulatory standards? Experience in a busy residential setting supporting individuals with complex needs? Flexibility to work shift patterns when required
