OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation. Working as part of a delivery team, you will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations. Key Responsibilities
Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM. Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities. Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys. Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities. Produce and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience with HRSD. Experience across one or more of: CSM Source-to-Pay Operations Employee Centre / Employee Centre Pro ServiceNow Integrations Virtual Agent Now Assist Experience developing case workflows, service catalogues, agent workspaces and portal experiences. Strong ServiceNow scripting skills including JavaScript, Glide APIs and Flow Designer. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and/or IntegrationHub. Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and test cycles. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Essential Requirements
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Active SC Clearance. UK Based. Experience working within large-scale enterprise or public sector ServiceNow delivery programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple supplier and stakeholder teams. Highly Desirable
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. Employee Centre. IntegrationHub. Virtual Agent. Now Assist / GenAI accreditations.
