Service Sales Coordinator

I am pleased to present a new opportunity for a Service Sales Coordinator to join an independent and growing Lift service company based in Manchester, who have been operating for nearly 30 years. You will be joining a highly skilled and dedicated team who deliver lift maintenance, repair, modernisation and new installation services for shopping centres, football stadiums, offices, and hospitals.

The role is fully office-based in Greater Manchester (North East) and is ideal for someone with an Engineering background or degree, someone with knowledge of the Lift or similar industry, or someone already working in a Sales Executive role. The team pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service and full training is provided for the Service Sales Coordinator.

This is not a sales role where you will be chasing new leads or business. The leads are passed to you from management, where you will follow up and provide quotations, maintain contracts, support tender processes, and be the key contact for accounts. The Service Sales Coordinator will work towards KPIs and sales targets to achieve business and individual goals.

Key responsibilities for the Service Sales Coordinator:

Prepare maintenance and repair sales quotations to meet individual and team sales targets.
Act as the key salesperson for general enquiries for key accounts.
Support the tender and estimation process.
Support the sale of maintenance, service, and repair contracts.
Provide exceptional customer service via email, telephone, and face to face.
Key requirements for the Service Sales Coordinator:

The team are looking for a Service Sales Coordinator who might have an Engineering background or degree, already be working in a Sales Coordinator role, and have knowledge of the Lift industry or similar.
Excellent communication skills and ensuring a professional manner.
Able to work fully office based 5 days per week.

What's on offer:

£27,000 basic salary
Bonus scheme
Based fully on-site in Greater Manchester (North East)
Office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm
