Our client is a major manufacturer, established in 1934, is a global leader in Commercial HVAC Systems, intelligent fluid flow equipment and integrated building energy solutions. Direct pump experience is desirable rather than essential • Clear understanding of service sales routes to market, installed base development and aftermarket value creation • Comfortable engaging with FM, managing agents, property managers, building owners and operational or technical decision makers • Consultative, customer focused and commercially astute, with a talent for identifying problems and developing value-led solutions • Structured, self-motivated and confident operating independently in a field based regional role • Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management and forecasting capability How Success Will Be Measured: • Growth of service, parts, repair and retrofit revenue across the installed base • Conversion of service opportunities into profitable orders and long-term customer relationships • Quality and sustainability of the regional service sales pipeline • Accuracy of CRM reporting, forecasting and opportunity management • Strength of internal collaboration and customer relationships What’s In It for You? • Basic Salary: up to £70,000, with flexibility for standout experience • Bonus: 30% target bonus, uncapped, with accelerators for over performance • Car: £625 per month car allowance • Benefits: Full package including pension, phone, laptop and 25 days holiday • Clear career progression within a global engineering business investing in service and sustainable building performance This is a chance to represent a respected global brand at the forefront of intelligent fluid flow and building performance, with autonomy and support to make a real difference.
