Leeds, Horsforth - Office Based
£35,000-£40,000
Monday-Friday, either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 45-minute lunch break

The Service Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating the workload of the company's field-based Service Engineers, making sure jobs are planned effectively and engineers' time is used appropriately.

Engineers work remotely across customer sites and use tablets to send completed reports back to the office. The Scheduler will manage their workload from the Leeds Head Office, coordinating jobs and keeping on top of the day-to-day service schedule.

- Planning and scheduling work for the field-based Service Engineers
- Coordinating engineers' diaries and workloads
- Allocating jobs based on availability and the time required for each piece of work
- Managing changes to the schedule and adjusting workloads where required
- Keeping track of engineers' activity and completed jobs
- Working with engineers as reports and information are returned to the office
- Helping ensure customer work is scheduled and completed efficiently

Experience required:
- Previous experience within field service engineering or a field service environment
- A practical understanding of how engineers operate in the field and how long different jobs can take
- Experience scheduling or coordinating engineering workloads
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs, engineers and changing priorities
