Service Supervisor

Vehicle Service Supervisor required in North Bristol.

• SALARY: Basic salary plus bonuses providing a £40,000 annual on-target earnings potential.
• HOURS: 44-hour week, Monday to Friday.
• BENEFITS: Holiday allowance increasing over length of service, overtime at 1.5x time or 2x time, company phone, and sick pay.

Our client, the largest auto electrical product/service provider in the South of England, is looking to recruit a Service Supervisor for their Bristol depot.

Reporting to Business Director, as Service Supervisor you will oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our client's Bristol service department where they support a wide range of large vehicle fleet operators through in-house workshops and mobile auto electricial engineers, offering installation, repair, and maintenance services for cars, vans and trucks. This is a key role within our client's business, with responsibility for team management and coordinating auto electrical engineers, managing bookings, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across retail, aftersales, and warranty work, working cloesly with the parts, sales, and retail teams to align service delivery with company objectives, and carrying out general office administration, ensuring contionuous improvement for our cliebt and their business.

To be eligible, you must have strong organisational and planning skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency in service management software (preferably Sage MMS/Sicon), the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in a supervisory or coordinator role, ideally within automotive or commercial vehicle services. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also mandatory.
