Service Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE
Location: West Brom
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take the next step in their career within a well-established organisation.

The Role

As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and support a team of service engineers and technicians

* Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure maximum efficiency

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

* Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalations where required

* Support senior management in achieving departmental KPIs and targets

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

* Assist with training and development of the service team

About You

* Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (ideally within plant, agricultural, construction, or similar industries)

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

* Technical knowledge of machinery or similar equipment is highly desirable
