This company have circa 9 employees in the UK but are globally established, and have a fantastic tenure across the business, due to retirement of a 15 year long standing member of the team they are looking to recruit again and invest in the next generation of engineering specialists.

This role will suit someone from an Electrical or Refrigeration background looking to step into management where you will work closely with the Managing Director and receive fantastic technical training, as you step into management running the office and service department all with further scope of career progression.

The Role:
*Supporting Customers and Engineers with Technical Support requirements once fully trained
*Overseeing and Managing a team of engineers working closely with the Managing Director
*Full OEM Training combined with scope of career progression

The Person:
*Some technical background ideally in Electrical, Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration.
